There always a bit of trepidation when you move venues and location when you been at the same one for several years, wondering if you made the correct decision and whether you can cover the increased rental cost. However, after the first lesson I knew instantly I made the correct decision, with a better venue and location and being able to offer more bespoke training to my increasing children and adult students.

As the Kizuna championships are upon us this Sunday we covered Kata and Kata etiquette and sparring, working on footwork one of the most important but often forgotten aspect of kumite. The children’s class also worked on break falling.
