William was first to go on and performed Pinan Godan in the first round, great performance in a tough group. This time did not get through to final.

Spirted performance by Harry performing Pinan Sandan , did not make it to final but good performance

Kiya original group got amalgamated into the 12 to 14 category. Despite being the youngest in the large group she performed an excellent Pinan Godan but did not progress to the final I am positive she would have made the podium in her own category 10 to 12.

Well done to Harry, William, Kiya who represented CSKC today at SSKA National Open Kata Championship.

They all did fantastic and performed their Katas well in what is an intense situation for the young competitors who are new to competitions.

They probably tell you themselves they could have performed better but pressure of the competition can affect your performance. That said it’s a very positive foundation to work from and now they just to keep training and get more experience in competitions and the results will come
